Dedicate your Zakat to protect some of the world’s most vulnerable families. The Islamic Philanthropy Fund launches in 2025 with a 100% Zakat Distribution Policy. For its first pilot year, all Zakat contributions will aid the Sudan Emergency Response.

Fatwa Agreement

In 2020, IOM received its first Fatwa from Iktisat, now Iktisad, the Islamic Economics Research Foundation, recommending the establishment of the Islamic Philanthropy Fund and collection and distribution of Zakat and Sadaqah funds for eligible IOM beneficiaries.

Now established, the Islamic Philanthropy Fund is seeking to expand its work and scope for eligible beneficiaries, including through additional Fatwa and partnerships with Islamic organizations.
